Behavioral Support Services
BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT is provided by our behavior therapists, who work alongside direct support staff, family and case managers, to identify behavioral issues that hinder the individual from reaching his or her maximum potential. Behavioral plans integrate recognition and respect for each person’s strengths, develop proactive strategies to deal with difficult behavioral situations, provide choice-making and problem-solving mentorship and teach empowerment and assertiveness skills.
